Chad has practiced in both large and mid-sized firms for over a decade specializing in business litigation, property rights and appeals with an expertise in research and writing. In 2017 he joined his parents at the Colgan Law Firm to bring those skills to businesses and individuals that need an aggressive litigation attorney who is a problem solver first and foremost. Not all lawsuits are alike and Chad is proficient at analyzing your case and determining the appropriate strategy to achieve the best results. Chad has also practiced both family and criminal law and can offer those services in addition to business and personal civil litigation helping small business owners and individuals that are owed money or defending those claims when disputes arise. These types of cases need someone who will work out creative solutions and litigate in court when necessary. Chad’s practice has also included extensive real estate litigation, title disputes, homeowner’s association representation along with debtor’s rights and consumer law cases. Chad’s courtroom experience has included both civil and criminal jury trials along with numerous oral arguments in state district and appellate courts.
