Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with- he came all the way into Chicago to complete the purchase agreement of one of our Grand Cherokee 4XE SUVs for his business and likely personal use- we picked him up at the airport and upon arrival at our place of business he thoroughly inspected the car and we found a few things that we agreed needed to be addressed and unlike almost any person I previously had worked with- he was not only beyond professional but also helped us to find solutions that were mutually acceptable as well as affordable! Im quite certain that our business transaction can be seen as a POSITIVE example of Chads professionalism and dedication to complete satisfaction. Thanks Again!! SB JoC
